Massachusetts Caregiver Family Services Program

This program provides services to help you take a break from caregiving. You can take part in this program if the person you are caring for is age 60 or older or has Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. You can also get help if you are a grandparent, you are age 60 or older, and you care for a child or children under age 18.

Services may include: - Information about caregiving, available services, community resources, and local programs. - One-on-one help to review your needs, find options, and connect you to community-based services. - Training, support, and counseling to help you make decisions, solve problems, and manage stress. - Temporary relief services through in-home respite care, adult day care, or emergency respite care. - Additional services to support the care you provide. ## How do I get help?
