This program can provide you with support to give you a short break from caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. A respite worker will help you care for your loved one. You can take part in this program if you care for someone who is age 60 or older or has Alzheimer’s disease or a related illness. The person you care for must also have limited income.

This program can provide you with support to give you a short break from caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. A respite worker will help you care for your loved one by providing the following services:
- Help with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Healthy meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Emergency medical assistance
- Transportation for activities and outings
