What it means
Inflammation of the eyelid due to overactivity of the sebaceous gland.
There is some suggestion that yeast bacterial strain called Malassezia furfur may cause seborrhoeic dermatitis. This yeast bacterial strain thrives in the oil of human skin especially in adults. {xref="PMID:10777824"}
