What it means
Libman-Sacks valvular lesions are sterile fibrofibrinous vegetations that favor the left-sided heart valves and usually form on the ventricular surface of the mitral valve.
Libman-Sacks lesions are y typical manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus.
