Glucagonoma

What it means

An endocrine tumor of the pancreas that secretes excessive amounts of glucagon.

The excessive glucagon secreted by a glucagonoma may lead to dermatitis (migratory necrolytic erythema), glucose intolerance, weight loss, anemia, diarrhea, and thromboembolism.
