Atrophic muscularis propria

What it means
Partial or complete wasting (loss) of muscularois propria tissue that was once present. The atrophy may involve a marked vacuolar degeneration of myocytes, loss of muscle fibers and some cases a highly characteristic honeycomb fibrosis.
