- moderateimmunosuppressive agents — Safety and efficacy not evaluated in combination with ustekinumab.
- moderatemethotrexate (MTX) — Concomitant use did not appear to influence safety or efficacy of ustekinumab.
- moderateCYP450 substrates — Consider monitoring for therapeutic effect or drug concentration upon initiation or discontinuation of ustekinumab.
- moderateallergen immunotherapy — May decrease the protective effect of allergen immunotherapy, increasing the risk of allergic reactions.
