Who is eligible for the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program?
Any adult age 55 and older can sign up as a volunteer.
What are the benefits of volunteering?
Depending on the volunteer organization, some low-income older adults may be eligible for a stipend for their work. Volunteer programs may also offer older adults the following types of insurance coverage:
- Accident
- Personal liability
- Excess automobile liability insurance
