This program will let you know whether or not you qualify to be buried in a VA cemetery if you're a veteran. If you qualify, you can be buried in a VA national cemetery for free. If you apply early and are approved, the VA will save your information.
How do I apply?
To apply, fill out the Application for Pre-Need Determination of Eligibility for Burial in a VA National Cemetery or VA Form 40-10007. Submit the form, along with proof of military service if you have it, to the address on the form.
