This program gives you a refund of some of the property tax you have paid on your home. To take part in this program, you must meet certain income and residency guidelines. You must also be a homeowner age 66 or older, have a disability, or be a veteran with a service-connected disability.

This program gives you an annual sales or property tax refund if you are a qualifying older adult or person with a disability. Your "property" includes your home and the lot it sits on, or up to 1 acre of land (whichever is less). The refund can be for sales or property taxes. The amount of the refund depends on your income.
