You can take part in this program if you are an honorably discharged veteran with at least a 10% service-connected disability. A service-connected disability is an injury or disease that happened during your service in the armed forces.

About this program

How can this program help me?

This program can help lower the amount of property tax you pay if you are a qualifying U.S. veteran with a disability. You may not have to pay some or all of the property taxes on the home you live in. This tax relief benefit is offered in addition to the state’s Homestead Exemption and other exemption programs.
