Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program

Senior Gold helps you with your prescription drug costs. To get help from Senior Gold, you must be 65 years of age or older or 18 years of age or older and receive Social Security Disability benefits. You must also have limited income and cannot be enrolled in Medicaid.
About this program
The Senior Gold program helps reduce the cost of many prescribed medications. Once enrolled you will receive the benefit of paying a $15 co-payment for your pharmaceutical drugs. In addition to the Senior Gold co-payment, you will pay 50% of the remaining amount owed to the pharmacy. Under certain circumstances the program will assist with paying this balance. For example, if you reach annual out-of-pocket expenses of $2,000 for single persons or $3,000 for married couples, you will only pay the $15 co-payment. Senior Gold does not charge for enrollment.
How do I apply?
To apply, print and fill out the application and send it to Senior Gold. The program requests that you mail your completed application to Senior Gold.
