Rx Outreach

Rx Outreach is a nonprofit mail-order pharmacy that provides low-cost prescription medicines to people across the United States, helping make medications easier to get and more affordable if you have a valid prescription for one they offer.

About this program

Paying for medications can be expensive, especially if you don’t have insurance or your living costs are high. Rx Outreach is a program that can help you get the medications you need at a lower price and shipped right to your home.

What is Rx Outreach?

Rx Outreach is a nonprofit mail-order pharmacy that provides low-cost prescription medications to people across the United States. It is designed to make getting medicine simple and affordable, as long as you have a valid prescription for a medication they offer. There are no membership fees or special requirements to join. In most cases, the price you pay includes both the medication and shipping, so there are no surprise costs later.

Rx Outreach does not use insurance. Instead, it offers set, low prices for medications. This can be helpful for people who do not have insurance or for those who want a lower-cost option. Medications can be shipped to all 50 states, Washington D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Can I use Rx Outreach?

You can use Rx Outreach if you have a valid prescription for a medication they offer. Rx Outreach offers a wide range of medications, but not every prescription is available, so it’s important to check their medication list first. Many people choose to use Rx Outreach even if they have prescription drug coverage because the prices may be lower than what they would pay elsewhere. This includes people with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and those without insurance.

How do I get started?

Getting started with Rx Outreach is simple. To begin, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check your medication

Start by checking if your medication is available through Rx Outreach. Search their online medication list.

Step 2: Ask your doctor to send your prescription

Once you have made sure your medication is available, ask your doctor to send your prescription to Rx Outreach so they can fill it.

*Note: Rx Outreach requires a valid prescription before they can send your medication. *

Step 3: Place your order

Once your prescription is ready, you can place your order by calling, filling out a transfer form, or using the online patient portal:

-

To order by phone, call 1-314-222-0472

-

Fill out Transfer form

-

Place order through the Rx Outreach online portal

Step 4: Rx Outreach confirms your prescription

Once you have placed an order, the Rx Outreach team will review your prescription and may contact your doctor or current pharmacy if more information is needed. They will let you know when your medication is ready and ship it directly to your home.

What if I need help?

If you have questions about cost, prescriptions, or shipping, you can contact Rx Outreach by phone at 1-314-222-0472 or 800-769-3880, by email at questions@rxoutreach.org, or by visiting their FAQ page online.
