This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. To get help from this program, you must be unemployed, underemployed or have faced a personal hardship that has resulted in temporary loss of income and prevented you from making your mortgage payments.
About this program
This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:
- Reinstatement Assistance – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment. A one-time payment is paid to the lender that can include missed mortgage payments and any late lender fees.
- Unemployment mortgage assistance – get help with finding funding to pay your mortgage payment if you lost your job or have are underemployed and have had a reduction in income.
Please Note: Other mortgage assistance services may be offered depending on the programs’ funding.
