This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. To get help from this program, you must have limited income and meet other program requirements.
About this program
This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:
- Mortgage Payment Assistance – get assistance in bringing your delinquent payments current.
- Mortgage Payment Assistance with Education – you may enroll in a community college or 4-year institution to improve your job skills. This education option provides you additional months of assistance beyond the basic assistance available under Mortgage Payment Assistance alone.
- Reinstatement Assistance – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment.
