In addition, you must have a personal hardship that has prevented you from making your mortgage payments, such as a loss of job, underemployment, military service or a divorce.

This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:
- Mortgage Payment Assistance – offers zero-interest loans of up to an amount set by the program to pay your mortgage while you search for new employment.
- Reinstatement with Monthly Assistance for Unemployed or Re-employed Borrowers – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment.
Please Note: Some services may be limited based upon the funding available. Other services may be required as part of your participation in the program.
