About this program
The California Mortgage Relief Program helps homeowners pay past due housing expenses. It is the California program for the Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF), a federal program that helps homeowners impacted by COVID-19. You may qualify if you own a home, you have limited income, and you have experienced a financial hardship. This program is not a loan and does not need to be paid back.
