You can hire, train, and schedule your own personal care attendant to help you take care of your everyday needs. You can take part in this program if you are 18 or older. You must have a disability and need help with bathing, dressing, grooming, or making meals.

- Homemaking: This includes help with housework, laundry, shopping, and running errands.
- Personal care: You will get help with your daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Meals: This helps you with making meals at home.
