- Case management: A social service professional will work with you and your family to decide which services you will need so that you can stay at home.
- Homemaking: This includes help with housework, laundry, shopping, and running errands.
- Personal care: A service professional will help you with your daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Meals: You can get home-delivered meals.
- Respite care: These are programs and services for your caregivers to give them a break.
- Chore services: You can get help with home maintenance and yard work.
