This program provides services to you if you are deaf, deaf and blind, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. Services are provided through Regional Service Centers around the state. Services may include:
- Education
- Help with issues affecting families with deaf or hard of hearing family members
- Referrals to local, state, and national deaf and hard of hearing organizations
- Information about your legal rights
- Access to government agencies
- Assistance with getting adaptive devices and aids to make the most of the hearing you do have
