This program provides you with medical services that help with your eyesight. You may apply to this program if you are not able to pay for your eye care. You cannot apply for this program if you have Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance. Priority is given to those people who are most likely to lose their sight.

- Eye examinations
- Medical treatment for eye diseases
- Free eye screenings to prevent vision loss due to diabetes or glaucoma
- Surgery and after care, including hospitalization
