This program can provide you with health and rehabilitation services, such as those needed to help your body recover from medical procedures, illness, or injury. The services you get depend on your needs. You can get help from this program if you are 60 years of age or older and have a hard time caring for yourself.
About this program
Adult Day Care can provide you with day services if you need help with daily tasks or have difficulty being alone. Services at a local adult day center may help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home. If someone, such as a family member, is taking care of you, services at a local adult day center for at least 4 hours during the day may allow that caregiver to work or rest. The centers provide health and rehabilitation services. The specific services you get will be based on your needs.
