This program can help you by repaying a portion of the money you have spent for long-term care or attendant services for yourself because of a severe physical disability. Attendant services can include assistance that was provided in your home, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, household chores, and transportation. You can take part in this program if you are from 18 to 64 years of age, have a serious physical disability, and meet other program criteria.
