If you live alone and have trouble caring for yourself, this program can help you stay in your home and remain independent. Services can include:
- Housekeeping: This includes homemaking services, such as housework, laundry, shopping, and running errands. Someone will come to your home once or twice a week and help you for a couple of hours.
- Home-delivered meals: This service usually delivers meals to your home Monday through Friday.
