Adult Day Care Program

State

This program can help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home. You can get help from this program if you have limited income, are 60 years of age or older, and have mental health concerns. If you are younger than 60 years of age, you can still get help from this program if you have dementia or memory loss.

About this program

Adult Day Care can provide services if you need help with daily tasks or have difficulty being alone. Services at a local adult day center may help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home. During the day, you can take part in social activities, have your health monitored, and learn how to take better care of yourself. You can also get free meals and transportation assistance to get to and from the center.
