This program can help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home by giving you services at a local adult day center. During the day, you can take part in social activities, have your health monitored, and learn how to take better care of yourself. You can get help from this program if you are at least 18 years of age or older and have a physical or mental disability. If you are having trouble taking care of yourself, this program may be helpful for you.

About this program

Adult Day Care provides you with day services if you need help with daily tasks or have difficulty being alone. Services at a local adult day center may help you continue living at home instead of moving to a nursing home. During the day, you can take part in social activities, have your health monitored, and learn how to take better care of yourself. You can also get free meals and transportation to and from the center. Some centers also offer evening and weekend services.
