This program pays for your Medicare Part B health care and possibly other Medicare costs if you have limited income. Medicare Part B covers services such as doctor's visits, tests, and screenings.

## How can this program help me? This program helps you pay Medicare costs such as premiums, deductibles and copays. A premium is money you pay to keep your Medicare plan. A deductible is money you pay before Medicare pays for your care. A copay is a standard fee you pay to visit your regular doctor or a specialist. There are different types of savings programs including: - Qualified Medicare Beneficiary - Specified Low-income Medicare Beneficiary - Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary Plus Your income will determine which savings program you can use and if you can get help to pay your monthly premium or annual deductible for Medicare Part B. You may also get help paying for care under Medicare Part A, which covers stays in places like hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. In addition, if you enroll in a savings program, you will be signed up for the Extra Help program. This program helps you pay for your medicine if you have limited income.
