Question 1

What is Eleplan?

Accepted Answer

Eleplan is a secure plan for family caregivers that brings together documents, medications, appointments, notes, and the care team in one place. Its AI assistant, Ellie, answers questions, drafts messages, takes notes, and keeps everything in sync across the people you care for.

Question 2

What makes Eleplan different from a shared folder or notes app?

Accepted Answer

A folder stores files; Eleplan understands them. It connects documents, medications, appointments, and lived knowledge into one plan, and Ellie can reason across all of it — so the right information is there the moment you need it, instead of buried somewhere you have to remember.

Question 3

What can Ellie do?

Accepted Answer

Ellie is Eleplan’s AI assistant. Ask it anything about the plan and it answers from your own documents, notes, and history — drafting a message, summarizing a new document, prepping for an appointment, or catching a new caregiver up in seconds. It never guesses with your private information, and it keeps everything in sync.

Question 4

Is Eleplan free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eleplan is free to start — one care plan, up to three collaborators, documents, notes, voice memos, a Health Passport, and everyday help from Ellie. A Pro plan removes limits for households managing ongoing care.

Question 5

Can I share with family and the care team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite collaborators to a plan and control exactly what each person can see. Access is permission-based and revocable, so you can bring in a sibling, a care partner, or a professional — and remove them just as easily.

Question 6

Is Eleplan secure and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Information is encrypted, sharing is permission-based and revocable, and Eleplan is built on HIPAA-conscious infrastructure with Face ID and passkeys. Your data belongs to you — not advertisers, data brokers, or public AI models.

Question 7

Can Eleplan import medical records?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can connect a patient portal or EHR to import medical records, and Eleplan keeps them in sync as new labs, visit notes, and results come in — alongside documents you upload, notes, voice memos, emails, and wearable data.

Question 8

What devices does Eleplan work on?

Accepted Answer

Eleplan works on iPhone and iPad, Android, Mac and Windows desktop, and the web — and stays in sync across all of them.
