This program may be able to provide you relief from the stress of caregiving. You can apply if you are age 60 or older and you are taking care of someone of any age. You may also be able to get help from this program if you are caring for someone age 60 or older or someone with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia who is age 55 or older.

This program may be able to provide you with relief from the stress of caregiving. Services may include:
- Information about caregiving, available services, community resources, and local programs.
- One-on-one help to review your needs, find options, and connect you to community-based services.
- Training, support, and counseling to help you make decisions, solve problems, and manage stress.
- Temporary relief services through in-home respite care, adult day care, or emergency respite care.
- Additional services to support the care you provide.
