This program can help you if you are caring for someone and need a break or rest from caregiving. You can learn about services available for the person you are caring for and get counseling to help you handle caregiving challenges. You can take part in this program if you are caring for someone who is 60 years of age or older, has a physical disability, or is suffering from memory loss or dementia.

## How can this program help me? This program provides help to you if you are a caregiver and need a break from caregiving. You can get information, support, and counseling. Services are also provided to the person you are caring for and can include adult day services, social activities outside the home, and adult day services that may include health care services. In some cases, services are provided free of charge. ## How do I get help? To find out how to apply for this program, please contact your local Area Agencies on Aging.
